A BANKING PORTAL OVERHAUL

Originally a request to reskin the UI of the Fiserv platform.

We knew that if we were truly going to improve a user’s online banking experience, we needed to first rethink information architecture to align with how consumers think of paying their bills, moving money, and tracking expenses.

Working with BustOut Solutions, Wings Financial’s internal marketing and engineer devs, and through user testing we developed a new user flow for the banking portal that grouped tools and functions by how consumers–not banks–think about banking.

Rethinking rewards

Bringing visualization to the reward program. Now users can see their reward point count paired with how many eligible accounts they have enrolled.

This panel was designed for flexibility to the future, as Wings adds more eligible products to reward earning.
